A Certified Shen Touch therapist, Cacky Ayer-Dufner has received Bioenergetic Massage & Shen Touch treatments and attended workshops in Shen Sensitivity Training™ with Master, Wassim Nehme and Elisabeth Nehme since 2005. Cacky is currently a level III practitioner.

Cacky has been a Certified Massage Therapist practicing in the Killington/Rutland region since 2000. She received her certification from Kripalu in Stockbridge, Mass. Cacky practices Swedish massage along with some aspects of Esalen massage for a beautifully flowing, elegant experience.
She also shares her sensitivity and gifted talents in massage with disabled members of the community.
Cacky received her Reiki I training from Elisabeth Nehme, and Reiki II from Kelly McDermott-Burns.
Cacky leads a Bone Builders group in Ira, Vt. Bone Builders is a community-based osteoporosis prevention education program for women and older men.
An avid outdoor enthusiast, Cacky enjoys hiking, sailing, kayaking and in winter, skiing and snowshoeing.
